It's going to be extreme diff either way, Borsalino should be able to attack from long distances (giving him a counter for BB's Yami Yami no mi) and should generally be too fast for BB, but then there's the quake fruit and BB's resilience.

I'd give it to BB extreme diff.

Distance is useless since he has universal pull via Yami Yami no mi.

BB high diff takes this with his ability to absorb other powers and negate them. Borsalino's speed is the only thing that gives me pause. BB isn't fast at all in feats so bosalino's speed would make for an entertaining fight.

Right, because if Ace figured out to throw an attack at Teach while flying through the air, no one else in the world will ever think to do the same.

Come the **** on. Teach pulls Kizaru towards him, Kizaru can fire a beam of light that explodes, stopping Teach's tactic dead in its tracks.

Except this time he has Gura Gura which means he pulls Kizaru toward him and then a quake recks his body. Nice try though.

Again, you assume Kizaru is just gonna do nothing as he's pulled forward? That's stupid as hell my guy. Quakes and shockwaves resonate outwards, they travel. So if Teach pulls Kizaru towards him and punches the air to send a Quake, Kizaru can still send beams of light to intercept the Quake beforehand, and keep the shower going to bypass the Quakes and keep going to Teach unless he change strategies.

That pulling in thing isn't a strategy that's going to work often. At best, Teach gets to execute it once without Kizaru catching on, but any subsequent tries can easily be intercepted.

Don't see it, I actually believe the Quakes to be a good counter to spam techs coming from a distance. I'd favour BB just for this tbh he controls the pace of the fight more than anything.

I don't know if I would rank BB higher on a tier list or anything like that though, I think haki beasts can expose him to an extent.

Pretty much all of WB's opponents were able to get in close to him despite his Quakes. Some got in while he was sending Quakes, so it's not like it's gonna keep Kizaru at bay forever.

It won't but BB controls gravity and he can zone the ranged attacks. That's more than what Kizaru would be used to dealing with other opponents.

Spam not too effective against Gura Gura.
Kizaru's fighting from range something he is exceptional at can be taken away from him anytime BB wishes.

Kizaru has more things to avoid threatening his style than the other way around.

No, he does not. The Darkness he creates is endless gravity, which means it can pull things in, and then launch these things like projectiles or expel them once their inside. It does not mean Teach can control the gravity in an area that's 20 meters away. It's not Fujitora's fruit by a longshot, so the rest of that train of thought falls apart there.

Spam not too effective against Gura Gura.
It was when Akainu was just spamming magma blasts and WB was stuck on one place blocking.

Kizaru's fighting from range something he is exceptional at can be taken away from him anytime BB wishes.
Kizaru has shown he can fight just as well in close-range though. And this still follows the assumption that Kizaru can do nothing while Teach pulls him towards him, which just isn't true.
