Did you asked your parents advice?
You don't have money for marriage then how come you have money for things that come after marriage?
Marriage is a gateway for financial crisis,it is like we are supposed to spend our life together from now lets waste all the money at once and then soon situations show up where you have to spill lot of money.If you already dont have a good job dont even think of it. Bad financial situation will ruin your life. I have seen people marry early and broke up due to their financial situations.Their waifu soon turns into that *****.

my advice would be to wait and save enough money if you want like a proper wedding and all.
if she loves you, she will understand and also wait.
she can contribute as well.
also with your condition, getting married this soon could end up bad. your early marriage might go downhill coz of the financial troubles you might face .
so i imo, waiting and saving is a good option otherwise if you wanna have a wedding no matter what, you can try those court marriages( the ones that are cheap and quick xD).
