[Discussion] Marks on Hands [ naruto ]

Naruto has a circular or moon mark on his right hand while Sasuke has a dark crescent in his left?


We've seen Naruto be able to heal or revive people and I forget....... was Sasuke able to do something as well? Or it gave him that Rinnegan?
Was kinda thinking it was something that would take away life, not necessarily by killing though. Maybe by touch?

I could see Obito being saved like that. Sasuke touches BZ and destroys it. Naruto touches Obito and restores him.
