Marines crack down on trespassing bicyclists

The marines in San Diego state they have set up road blocks and signs to deter mountain bikers but some don't see or pretend they don't see any such things. THE MARINES HAVE CONFISCATED 45 bikes so far and issued 50 tickets

What's the problem? They're almost entering the base. These people could potentially be shot if these Marines weren't there because they're trespassing. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this.
