With that being said its should be clear to all of us that After the So6P and his son, the strongest Ninjas ever to live were Hashirama and Madara (not to mention Sasuke and Naruto would surpass those two and the Senju vs Uchiha will happen again (Uzumaki = blood relatives of Senju so basically Senju)

Poor obito its always the rasengan. It's five minutes of continuous intangibility so if Madara was swiping at him with that susanoo sword obito would have the opportunity to actually dodge it then he would also have the option of letting it pass through if Madara landed a hit. So Madara would have to be doing potentially fatal harm to obito for 5 minutes with no breaks (we don't know how long it takes to recharge his intangibility clock, for all we know he just has to be tangible for a second then he can kamui all over again for a five minute cycle). Madara is fast hands down but not as fast as minato and his intelligence would only come into play of he could somehow use kamui. That said I think Madara can defeat obito but I think it will be a genjutsu victory because of these limitations and because he needs to force obito to revive him.
