How do you think this will go. This time Marco wont have any handicaps like the last time and it will be a 1v1 fight.

I feel like Marco can win...Unless its a close range fight where Kizaru can use Haki to stop Marco's regeneration.

I don't think Haki matters against Marco, it's not that he can't be hurt, it's that he regenerates after ... nothing really phased him in the war except when he had seastone on, he probably can get hurt enough to get defeated but I don't think Kizaru is powerful enough (I don't think he is that much more powerful than Marco to actually finish the job before Marco regenerates completely)

but overall Kizaru is imo a tiny bit superior to Marco

I honestly don't see either one winning

i don't think we have seen kizaru go all out.
From what he have seen i think marco should win but i have this gut feeling that kizaru has a lot to offer than what we have seen.
For instance, i think he can create very strong beams like kamehameha or something along those lines.

So just because of his hype and position in the manga, i think he should win but i can't really prove it from what we know.

he wont hit him with that, kizaru is a Logia, Fast as hell and Enel does not have Haki.
