[Theory] Marco has Observation Haki

Bullshit. We had:

1. Mantra, or Observation Haki
2. Sentomaru using Haki against Luffy
3. Garp hurting Luffy with punches at Water 7
4. Haki usage during Marineford, like Jozu hitting Aokiji and Crocodile, Whitebeard striking Akainu, the three Admirals blocking WB's quake with Armament, and the fact that it was actually called Haki at multiple points.
5. Rayleigh giving the explanation for what Haki was PRE-SKIP
6. Kuja Pirates on Amazon Lily using Haki-infused arrows
7. Luffy's burst of Haki in Impel Down
8. Shanks using Haoshoku from the very first chapter

Oda clearly had the idea of Haki in mind pre-timeskip, the only new thing we got so far from Haki was Buso: Koka

It doesn't matter. If Oda had no problem showing Luffy, Shanks, Enel, Aisa, Rayleigh, Sentomaru, Garp, Aokiji, Whitebeard, Marco, Vista, Kuja Pirates, Kizaru and Akainu showing Haki, why would he have a problem with showing Ace using it if he could? Face it, there's no excuse for Ace not using Haki at least once against Blackbeard.

But Ace didn't know it would have burned him. Ace himself expressed confusion on the fact that the fire lances hurt Teach's body, and he knew he was a Logia. Now, Ace isn't dumb and he was level-headed at the time. He's also an experienced fighter in the New World, meaning he should know that the only way to hurt a Logia is with Haki. Why would he launch an attack not infused with Haki in the first place if he could use it?

I didn't see any visible COO from Marco at MF...but because of his rank I believe he has it. But COO wouldn't even benefit Marco at all..it would just add too his resume a little
