ok im here .
the fisrt step to learing wind is this:
ok first you need to learn too draw out wind chakra.ok first gives you a leaf try to cut it whit wind chakra.to do so you need to picture your chakra spliting into two halves that rub against each other and after they sharpen each other into thine,fine pices,you need to rejoin them.

now for the next step you need to cut this water fall in half *points to the water fall as before you can use sadow clones juts to speed up the training.now go after this step you will be ready for jutsu.U_U

i think if i can cut a river with my water chakra,i probably done this so easily!
