Many rebuttals to various theories about Madara giving Nagato the Rinnegan

Theory: Madara transplants Nagato his Rinnegan via genjutu:
Rebuttals: Why Nagato? There were plenty of other powerful shinobi to be chosen.
There's also the issue of Madara having eyes without sockets when he met Obito.
We haven't yet seen Nagato's eyes prior to him first using the Rinnegan
Wouldn't Nagato be howling in pain if Madara transplanted the Rinnegan to Nagato?
Why was it only the one Rinnegan eye that was implied to be transplanted?
Madara's "original eyes" should technically be his eyes prior to activating his Sharingan (of course, he might been born and exhibited his Sharingan eyes after he was delivered)
Madara knowing about Nagato (we don't know when Zetsu was made)
If Madara stole Izuna's eyes to get his Mangekyou (as implied by Itachi), why should we trust the words of a manipulative thief?

Theory: Madara injects his DNA and Senju DNA into Nagato.
Rebuttals: Danzo had samples of both clans but wasn't shown to have gotten the Rinnegan.

Theory: Madara was the grandparent (or great) of Nagato.
Rebuttal: I don't think there's enough

Theory: Rinnegan is only unlocked by Senju and Uchiha blood.
Rebuttal: "Rinne" means "rebirth" and I doubt it would be "reborn" by genetic manipulation. Also, Nagato's Six Paths correspond to 6 Buddhist realms, I think this further can discredit theory that he was transplanted with it.

That is, Kishi chooses Buddhist concepts for the Rinnegan and Shintoism for the Sharingan. Two religions with different concepts.

But is it that hard to think that could be a lie and that Nagato was born with it by somewhat of a supernatural means?

I am not denying the theory that both blood types might be needed but until Kishi shows us in a "Madara Gaiden" set of chapters, I feel that Obito/Zetsu are wrong with that.

Madara didn't read all of the tablet before he had the Rinnegan.

Reading the tablet with EMS obviously tells you how to go one step further to Rinnegan and what Madara said was Senju and Uchiha DNA, where did he get this info from.....from the tablet.

Madara is the one who told them about Senju and Uchiha needing Rinnegan.

Madara gave Nagato Rinnegan, its already been confirmed.
