Mangetsu vs Kisame

Which of the two swordsman would win? Kisame has samehada and Suigetsu can use any of the other swords since he has the scroll with all of the weapons and mastered all of them. Mangetsu probably also can use water transformation and Kisame has access to all of his jutsus.

mangetsu mastered the 7 sword ,he's definitally better than kisame ,since we know that kisame without samehada is not that good.
