Hashirama- Trees absorb water, Scroll of Sealing, could regenerate
Asuma- Fire will make Mangetsu thirsty and could evaporate and he has his wind ninjutsu and he his also good at close range
Naruto- Bijuu Dama
Minato- Well I am not really sure if Rasengan hurts Mangetsu so I will say this will be a draw using Death Reaper Seal
