Mangetsu should have gotten fillers

Does anyone else agree that Mangetsu should have gotten fillers. I think he is the most interesting of the swordsmen because of what we know about him(mastered all swords and Suigetsu's brother). The other swordsmen except Kisame and Zabuza don't interest me as much. They do look pretty cool.

They hyped him about as much as Prime Hiruzen, or the jutsu Minato kept going on about, but never show any of them? If I were an anime/manga character, I'd go all "Don't screw with me!" about that sh*t.

I thought for sure Kishi would have him and his brother meet, therefore giving some type of flashback. Once this didn't happen I figured we wouldn't get a filler.
