Since we don't know a ton about this character or what he's capable of, I'll give him some fan-fic abilities even if he never displayed them.

What we know about Mangetsu:

- He was Suigetsu's brother and part of Kirigakure's Hōzuki clan
- He was a Ninja Swordsman of the Mist and mastered all seven swords

Mangetsu's arsenal:

-Hidden Mist Jutsu / Silent Killing
-Scroll which allows him to summon whichever of the seven swords he chooses

• Samehada is loyal to Mangetsu and will freely share chakra with him
• Mangetsu can completely liquify himself even when fused with Samehada

-Hōzuki Clan's hydrification technique
-Hōzuki Clan's water gun technique
-Mizu Bunshins (water clones)
-Rain Tiger at Will

What do you think of Mangetsu vs EMS Sasuke? Mangetsu can win this imo - once he sets up Hidden mist, Sasuke won't be able to locate him, but Mangetsu can sense just fine due to specializing in the Silent Killing + Samehada sensing + Rain Tiger at Will to sense him. Enton is not a problem since Mangetsu can just shed off the flames with his hydrification. Eye contact is broken due to mist so genjutsu is a non factor. Katons get extinguished by suitons. And then Kirisame can be used to absorb Sasuke's Susano'o. Finally, Sasuke can be sniped off with a water bullet, munched on by a shark, or killed by an explosive bubble. Also the fact that Mangetsu can make seven water clones, have each of them wield a different sword, and have each of the clones be able to fight and use the hydrification technique is very hax.

3T genjutsu is avoided altogether. He has three methods of sensing without making eye contact - tracking Danzo by the sounds he makes (the whole concept behind Silent Killing), merging with Samehada and using Samehada sensing, and using Rain Tiger at Will to track Danzo.

Baku is the only troublesome thing here, and I'm not quite certain how Mangetsu would deal with that.

Yea Genjutsu is nonfactor then. reverse four seal is his best option to win this. I guess he can beat Danzo

Well it's not like those are super OP techniques anyway. I wanted to take a little bit of every Mist character and give it to him.

He clears! The others have no idea about his clans powers in conjunction with what you gave him. Thats why only me, you, and EJ know whats really going to happen. lol Bee and Kabuto are the only threats.

This is essentially Suigetsu, Zabuza (Minus the Strength and Endurance) and Bubble boy in one body with Samehada. None of these characters are any higher then High Jonin level, put into one body, Low-Kage level.
