Alrighty! Before we get started, just tell me briefly about what you know of the MS and EMS. What their general abilities are, improvements over the base Sharingan, etc. You'll learn EMS straight away since that's on your Hiruko bio, but yea. Fire away.

The major improvements are to the user's ability to track and predict, as well as passively break through higher ranked visual illusions. The most important aspect that the EMS has over the MS is that the debilitating effects of the latter are no longer in play. You won't go blind (aside from Izanagi/Izanami usage) and it has no drawbacks on stamina or physical health.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

Descripton: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.
Note: Requires the user to have his MS or EMS active
Note: Can only be used 4 times and reduces MS duration by 2 turns each use
Note: Cannot be dodged unless the user has an ability that fits the ones described
Note: If hit, enemy has 1 turn before losing conscious and eventually being completely consumed, during which he experiences excruciating pain and damage.



Here we have the technique that serves as the entire foundation of your MS's abilities. I'm sure you know pretty well how it works, so you don't need to go too hardcore on explaining it.

Ignite a target on focal point. Important to note that the damage burns over time, and it isn't instantly dealing its full damage in a single instance. Can be countered pretty easily by removing it via pushing it off your body or sealing the flames. Can be dangerous when combined with Yin Release.

Nice, the next few techniques are just Amaterasu variants, nothing too special. Same with before, just give a brief description on each of them.

Damage points: 140 (-40 to user per use)
Description: The user with his Mangekyo Sharingan active will focus his eyes upon the ground in the opponents location and will cause black flames to erupt from beneath the opponent into a large pillar to consume him. The flames cover an area of up to 5 meters all around the target before erupting into a gigantic pilar of flames. Before they fully manifest, the flames manifest on the ground for a mere second, allowing speed enahnced enemies to avoid it as well as enemies that use S/T abilities. However, if he fails to react he'll be fully engulfed in black flames which will eventually consume him after 3 turns, although the pain will make him lose conscience after only 2. The flames have all the properties of Amaterasu and as such can be sealed away or expelled from the body of the target before they can completely consume him.
Note: Can only be used by MS/EMS bios that can use Amaterasu and must have the Dojutsu activated.
Note: Deactivates MS and renders the user unable to access its doujutsu for the rest of the match while causing severe damage to the user, blinding him for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Requires concentration to focus the black flames but can only be avoided by high levels of speed (Lightning Armor, EIG, etc) or S/T techniques
Note: Users with EMS will avoid the damage but will still have their doujutsu deactivated and unable to activate for 1 full turn

Description: Using the principle behind Amaterasu, the user closes both eyes and then opens them one at a time, each time burning an area near the target with black fire. When both eyes are open the target is burned in a large circle of black fire that only leaves a crater behind. The scale of the technique is enormous but the cost is also severe. The user will drain most of his stamina into this one attack and, like all Amaterasu based attacks, this attacks also lacks physical momentum and impact as well as kinetic energy. While the flames aren't passible of being extinguished, they also lack the ability to do kinetic damage, increasing the defensive counters that the enemy my produce.
Note: Follows all principles behind Amaterasu and also its limitations.
Note: Requires Mangekyo Sharingan active and can only be used once.
Note: Reduces MS duration by 4 turns and leaves the user's stamina drained.

Description: Upon gaining the use of Amaterasu, the user is able to produce this powerfull attack at the cost of deactivating his MS for the rest of the match and severely draining his strenght. The user will focus on his target and ignite black flames all around the enemy. As the flames ignite, they surround the enemy until they form a very large sphere of black flames that then consumes the target in moments. The flames have the same properties of Amaterasu and as such are somewhat slow to ignite. However, because the technique affects such a large area, the target will not escape easily. And while the first few steps of the technique happen at a somewhat normal speed, the formation of the black sphere happens at immense speeds, making the technique quite devastating.
Note: Requires Mangekyo Sharingan and the ability to use Amaterasu
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Upon casting, the user is unable to activate his MS for the rest of the match and will need 2 turn to activate his Sharingan once more
Note: EMS bios will have their EMS deactivated but will suffer no damage and will only need to wait one more turn to activate once more.

My issue with these three techniques has always been that you sacrifice a lot of the core benefits of Amaterasu for slightly higher damage. That is to say that you give up manifesting it directly on their body. You also are dealing with wording like "forms at immense speeds" and "can be avoided by speed enhanced enemies." These are really weak wordings that can be pretty easily abused. You also have the problem of the drawbacks. Even with EMS, you still suffer quite a bit. Like deactivating your Doujutsu for a solid two turns.

First one is just a pillar of black flames. Has the issue with the enhanced speed evasion and deactivates EMS after use. Pretty rough considering the minimal benefits.

Second one is burning areas NEAR the enemy. This sacrifices the direct manifestation for something that can be evaded fairly easily.

Third one is probably the worst. Targets enemies and then "consumes them in moments." Really bad wording. The area is "large" so it is "hard to evade." All very weak and exploitable wording for very minimal gain (if any at all in this technique).

Good job. Now for the non-Susano'o Blaze techniques. You've got your bread and butter Blaze Release, and some very minor applications of it. Kagutsuchi doesn't require EMS, even tho it says it does in the jutsu >.>

Description: Sasuke Uchiha uses this technique to apply Shape Transformation to the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu manipulating them at will. With it he can create a barrier that not only shields him, but also burns and pierces any opponent that touches the flames. The technique can also be used in conjunction with his Susanoo, and its weaponry. While Amaterasu is cast from Sasuke's left eye, he uses his right eye to manipulate the flames and, as such, wield this technique. However, the manipulation can only be done to flames in short range of him and can't create them. This said, the flames manipulated by this technique can be stretched, enhanced, spread or even enlarged to any desired effect. The flames will not gain any additional property, lacking the physical tangibility to stop physical attacks but will serve as a very effective deterrence for most enemies. The user can also use this technique to extinguish Amaterasu flames.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios and requires the user to have his EMS active.

Description: Once Amaterasu is cast from Sasuke's left eye, he uses his right eye to manipulate the flames and, as such, wield this technique. Sasuke will draw his sword with his dominant hand, surrounding it with black flames. Despite being created from the flames of Amaterasu, this jutsu has corporeal form behind it, creating arcs of Blaze Release flames as he swings that are able to cut through opponents with ease.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios and requires the user to have his EMS active.
Note: Can only be used three times.

Description: The user creates a massive Great Fireball that he launches at the opponent. As he does this, he utilizes his Blaze Release to generate black flames with the fireball as he expels it, augmenting it's powers. This Fireball takes on the properties of both Blaze and Fire release.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha with EMS activated.
Note: Cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Kagutsuchi is used (I believe) within the same timeframe as any application of Blaze Release to manipulate shape. Can also be applied to any flames in short-range of the user.

Kaijutsu is probably the most devastating of all the Blaze Release canon techniques. Sheer power with no restrictions essentially. You give up the ability to manifest them directly, but you gain a huge boon in damage gain the ability to have them cause kinetic damage. Very powerful and very different from the rest of the Blaze techniques.

There's not much to say about this third one, lol.

At this point, its only Susano'o and the Susano'o-related Blaze techniques, so we'll go over those before doing the rest of the basic MS jutsu. You've got your own unique Susano'o too, how nice.

Description: Susano'o, also known as the Tempestuous God of Valor, or literally "He with the ability to help by all means", is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan to those who awaken the abilities: Tsukuyomi — which symbolises the "darkness of the spiritual world" and Amaterasu — which denotes the "light of the material world". It creates a gigantic, humanoid, ethereal warrior that surrounds the user. Even though it envelopes the user, they can move around within Susanoo freely, use techniques from inside of it, as well as manifest only parts of Susanoo — as the situation calls for it. Despite Susanoo's impressive defensive capabilities, the protection it grants its user is not absolute. The user can be thrown out of the upper half of Susanoo by an enemy manipulating the substance underneath Susanoo (the ground basically). Also, a sufficiently powerful attack will still result in damage, especially during the technique's initial stages. The only known ways to attack the user while Susanoo is active is either to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack, bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defence with overwhelming force. Susanoo users are also vulnerable to attacks which don't actually deal physical damage to it, such as strong lights and sounds, that can also impair their ability to sustain Susanoo. Normal and Sound-based genjutsu can also bypass Susanoo's impressive defense. Sasuke's Susanoo possesses a sword and a bow that doubles as a weapon and shield. It is able to produce chakra arrows to use with the bow via an orb held by a third hand, which can be fired at such a speed that evading them is nearly impossible. It can also use the arrows as a makeshift melee weapon. Sasuke is able to switch between his Susanoo's various weapons regardless of which stage it is in. In both its incomplete and complete forms, it has a more demonic appearance in contrast to Itachi's, which have a more "normal" human-like appearance, possessing horns and a malevolent grin. In its final form, it also possesses jagged teeth around its hood and magatama earrings. In addition to its secondary right hand, Sasuke's Susanoo has been depicted with a secondary left hand as well, a trait similar to all Susano known so far that have been shown to have 4 arms. After Sasuke gains the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the second layer of armour changes its appearance. The orb is now made entirely of the flames of Amaterasu and the arrows are passively coated in the black flames. Sasuke can also throw the flames in a tomoe shape, using a wide spread attack from his own palm setting his foes on fire, similar to a Magatama attack but with the characterisitics of Amaterasu.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha and must have MS/EMS
Note: While active user can't use Eye Techniques except for Amaterasu and those pertaining to Susanoo.
Note: Takes 1 full turn to stabilize into the full final form, during which his body bestows only a B-Rank defense.
Note: The body of Susanoo grants an A-Rank defense against most elemental attacks, specially tangible ones.
Note: The warrior can shoot up to 2 arrows per turn, counting as a move (regardless of shooting one or 2) and having a strength of an S-Rank long range attack each.
Note: When the user has gained EMS, the warrior bestows an S-Rank defense when in complete form to most attacks and its arrows carry the characteristics of Amaterasu flames. The wide spread Amaterasu projectile attack used from his palm counts as a move and can only be done twice, being Long-Range and equal to S-Rank.
Note: With Susano'o active the user is only able to use two other techniques per turn due to the extreme chakra consumption and can't make clones of any kind.
Note: User can manifest it partially (an Arm, or a leg, only the ribcage, etc) 4 times per battle, with each partial manifestation lasting only a moment and having an A-Rank defensive/offensive power.
Note: Can only be used once and last for a maximum of 6 turns after which the user will be left blind in both eyes and extremely exhausted if he hasn't attained EMS. If he has not only can he use Susano twice but he'll feel no ill effect from it while, upon deactivation, he'll only need to wait 2 turns to activate his EMS again and 3 turns to use Susano again.

Description: Utilizing the orb of black flames in his Susanoo's hand, the user is able to rapidly produce a number of magatama projectiles, which are composed entirely of the flames and have solid, corporeal form. The size of the created projectiles are dependent upon the user's intent and situation, with smaller variations being faster and more adept at fighting in close quaters and larger ones carrying bigger impact or a bigger area of effect. While the manner in which they work is somewhat similar, the technique can assume multiple forms that differ slightly both in appearance and use. Upon impact, victims are forcefully thrown off of their feet and quickly incinerated.
Note: Can only be used once every 2 turns with the EMS activated.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios.

Description: Sasuke Uchiha uses this technique on his Susano's body to engulf it in black flames that will spread through it acting as an effective defense from most melee attackers. The technique itself ignites the susano parts of choice in black flames that will keep burning as long as the user fuels them with chakra. Through the use of ( Enton: Kagutsuchi ) - Blaze Release: Fire God, the user can further increase the existing flames and even spread them further to produce a bigger area of effect. However, the user himself is not immune to the black flames and must be extremely careful not to be caught in his own defense.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios.

Description: After activating Susano'o, Sasuke causes several smaller Amaterasu orbs to grow from the larger orb in his Susano'o arm. As they grow, these orbs extend outwards, releasing them as traps on the battlefield, each comparable to the size of a Truth-Seeking Orb. Should these come in contact with an opponent, they generate explosions of fire that burn anything near them and deliver small force to force opponents away a range backwards. These orbs last up to 2 turns on the field.
Note: Can only be used three times with at least 2 turns in between usage.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha bios with Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

The last of the generic techniques you can learn. There's actually less to go through than I initially thought, so we'll just go over these, and save Izanagi and Izanami for their own post. A summary of what these techniques do, what you think is good and what isn't, will suffice.

Description: The user channels chakra through the blades of his Susano'o. Swinging the blades forward, the user releases waves of raw chakra released from the swords with great force and power, cut through mountains. These waves are capable of crippling large buildings with ease, leaving behind only shattered remains of items as they impact it.
Note: Can only be done with either complete Susano'o or a Complete Body-Susano'o ( Perfect Susano'o form ). When used in complete Susano'o form, it is capable of delivering 60 damage to attacks per use. When in complete Susano'o form, the power is increased yet can only be done once per turn.

Descrition: The user activates their Mankegyo Sharingan binding his opponent in an illusion. The victim is then sucked in a black hole that devours everything in its path, leaving the victim unconscious.

Description: Transcription Seal is a technique that has the ability to seal a technique of the user's Mangekyō Sharingan within a designated host. Upon being sealed, the technique is typically, involuntarily activated whenever the host when a condition is met; which is predetermined by the user at the moment of sealing. While often being used involuntarily, a skilled user is able to activate it a will when placed upon himself. There are several methods to perform this technique, the most common being channeling chakra to one's fingers and then placing his fingers upon the target's forehead, transferring it to him.
Note: The user is only able to seal Amaterasu based attacks, Tsukiyomi, and other Sharingan attacks barring Susano'o within another eye. He is able to trigger Izanagi within his own eye, however with specific triggers to activate it.
Note: Only one technique can be sealed at any time, and must be stated either in the user's bio or before battle.
Note: Can only be used twice per event.
Note: If Mangekyo Sharingan is needed to activate said sealed techniques, then the Mangekyo will be auto activated when used, taking place of an activation. This counts towards the user's usage count even if the Transcription Seal was created by someone else.

Anyways, Transcription Seal is the real gem here. It's really self explanatory in what you can seal in others (basic [E]MS techniques) and Izanagi in themselves. I wonder if Izanami can be used with it, however?

Description: Izanagi is a Genjutsu that is intended to be cast upon oneself and not the enemy though it actually seems to imbue reality with the users will and alter it according to his own needs. When activated the user removes the boundaries between reality and illusion and bends it to achieve the best outcome to his situation. In a certain degree this allows the user to control their own state of existence as well as that of those around him. However, this is only maintained for the briefest of moments. When activated it is capable of turning an injury or even death into an illusion allowing the user to escape harm, but not without a grave cost. The use of this technique results in the loss of a Sharingan eye. The technique essentially allows the user to alter reality and negate any event that might have happened in the last moments of battle (negates anything that has happened to either the user or the enemy in the last 2 turns), the only exception being his own chakra levels.
Note: This version can only be used by Uchiha Bios with access to MS/EMS
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, once per eye, rendering the used eye blind for the rest of the match, even if the user has EMS
Note: Those around the user as well as the user are well aware of the altered reality though they cannot do anything to change it

This is a pretty rough technique to go up against, tbh. Hard to fathom counters to something so absolute; which is why when you fight someone with an MS or EMS you can't really put yourself in a position where if they undo reality then you're suddenly highly vulnerable. The obvious, and frankly poor uses, are to reverse death and other permanently debilitating states. But those are only if you're up shit creek.

My strategy to employ this offensively would be to force my opponent into activating a powerful mode or technique which would impose heavy restrictions on them, and then alter reality to have that mode expire. That would give me a massive advantageous situation at the cost of one eye. For example, I'd use this against NK's Steel modes which would cause death when they expire.

Description: Izanami is one of the ultimate techniques of the Uchiha clan, said to have been created to deal with Izanagi users that went mad or abused it. It is a genjutsu which affects the target through physical sensations shared between them and the user. Like its counterpart, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed away and loses its light forever, leftblind for the rest of the match. According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but while Izanagi is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it. To begin the technique, after selecting any arbitrary moment, the caster uses their Sharingan to remember the physical sensations and every detail that surrounds him and his opponent as well as the information gathered by all his senses and that of their opponent's during that instant like a photograph. The user must then intentionally replicate the same sensation, feeling and moment and in the same way, memorise it with their Sharingan. Then, upon casting the technique, Izanami overlaps and connects these two identical "moments" as well as the flow of time between them, creating an infinite loop of events that entraps the opponent's consciousness. Whilst under the effects of the technique, the target stands motionlessly as the loop of events continually replays inside their mind. Each time a loop is repeated, any physical damage incurred is reset as it were before the start of the loop. Despite being able to become consciously aware of their situation and act differently, the victim is unable to significantly alter or escape from the inevitable progression of these events. However, because this technique was created to reprimand and save the users of Izanagi, the victim is able to escape the infinite loop if they can acknowledge the real results of their actions and in doing so, accept their fate.
Note: Can only be used by Uchiha bios and the user must have mastered all Sharingan Genjutsu as well as gained access to MS or EMS, even if he doesn't need it to cast the illusion.
Note: Can only be used once per eye, after which the used eye loses its light for the rest of the fight.
Note: Doesn't require eye contact and takes 2 turns to set up and then trigger, during which the user can't use Genjutsu on the enemy.
Note: The user is left noticeably exhausted once the technique is fully triggered, while the target is left locked inside the illusion for up to 3 turns, unable to move or be aware of anything from the real world during that time. During those 3 turns, the user can make use of Genjutsu to interrogate the target freely without him knowing. After the 3 turns pass, the target is released but left in an exausted state, unable to fight or flee.
Note: Once triggered, target can't release himself from the illusion for the full 3 turns.
