Mangekyou Sharingan is the only known KKG to cause self harm

As the title says there are many KKG, but the only KKG which is harmful to the user is the Mangekyou Sharingan.

When someone gains the MS the user starts going blind, when the user use MS jutsu the eye gets blind faster. I think it was kind stupid to make a KKG harm the user, no one has this problem.

The only known cure to heal eye sight are these:

1st Transplant brother/sister eyes to get EMS
2nd Getting Hashirama DNA, proof is Obito he spammed his MS no blindness, while Kakashi got blind while he spammed way less

the physical harm appareantly never was an evolutionary disadvantage, so it never vanished by selection. kinda like how our spines or knees or prostates are "broken" and do us harm and are far from perfect, yet they exist in the form they do.

I guess only Uchiha are the only one who gets KKG which permanently harms them. Hashirama got a KKG but no drawbacks, Haku the same, Jinton user same, etc.

So many KKG with no drawbacks yet Uchiha are the only one with drawbacks to their KKG.

Izanagi = Permanent blindness
