To begin with, Madara and Obito's plan is to use the power of the ten tails to create the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
So far so good, but that leaves with a plot hole(or not).
Then he theoretically can use the Tsukuyomi in a minor scale, using his own chackra... say against ONE person.
Oh, that reminds someone?? Yes...Itachi.
This proves that both Obito and Kakashi can use Tsukuyomi.
Well, another curious case, was when Itachi came back from the dead and ass pull Izanami to finish Kabuto off.
Then again, theoretically any three-tomoe Sharingan(maybe less) can use it(and Izanagi too, given that Obito used a Uchicha fodder eye for that), even though it renders the eye useless afterwards.
But what's strange, is that to some people(uchiha) each eye has a different ability.Itachi has Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, and Sasuke has Eton and Amaterasu, but Kamui and even Kotoamatsukami were abilities that BOTH eyes could use.
This leave us with three options :
1- Kakashi & Obito have an evolved form of Sharingan, that can use ALL abilities. They both could "learn" Amaterasu, given that they can use Tsukuyomi.
2- Obito's eye can use Kamui and Tsukuyomi and Kakashi's can use AMATERASU lol
3- All Sharingan's abilities are GLOBAL, but to some people, the eyes are more susceptible to use one or another ability, but with the right amount of effort and training can end up using whatever jutsu.
It was only a theory that came up in my mind as I was re-reading the manga.
What are your thoughts about it???
