I think i got why you can use Susanoo even without eyes or being blind!!!
You see Amataresu comes from the left eye and Tsukuyomi comes from teh right eye cause in some ancient japanese myth there was some dood who washed his eyes and somehow ppl called Amataresu and Tsukiyomi was born from de eyes but Susanoo however was born from......washing his nose!!!!
This 99.999999999999996% conforms it. Teh Susanoo can be used without eyes because it dosent use any eyes!!! Its projected from the nose which after gaing an MS transforms into the Mangekyou schnozzle!!! And there is a limited time you can use Susanoo because using it depletes the supply of snot to maintain the Susanoo and having EMS gives you an perfect nose and therefore an infinite supply of boogers. It all makes sense now...
Madara's Nose... It must be chopped off for him to be deprived of Susanoo.
Note: there is even more hints that Susanoo comes from nose. The complete Susanoo's nose tends to be really long like pinoccio.
