Mangekyou Ability Specialist of Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Genjustu

People argue over who has better mangekyou sharingan. But here's my list. I only will have madara, sasuke, and itachi.

Amaterasu- Sasuke 1st, Itachi 2nd, madara 3rd (Madara is third because we haven't seen his amaterasu)

Susanoo- Madara 1st, Itachi 2nd, Sasuke 3rd

Tsukynomi- Itachi 1st, madara 2nd, sasuke 3rd

They do excel in different aspects of Sharingan techs. Rep to you. Imagine if Kakashi being born into the Uchihas, with his smarts he would be unstoppable considering his mastery over a sharingan that he wasn't born with.
