Kamui is one of the most difficult jutsu to counter in the entire manga. With just one eye obito was able to hold his own against 2 perfect jinchuriki, an eight gates user and High level jonin who possesses his other eye. If kakashi didn't posses obito's left eye(i.e if obito gave the eye to someone els or if the left eye was destroyed for some reason). He would have defeated them.

Now imagine obito with twice the teleportation speed, intangibility and long rang kamui snipe.

Only the rinnegan can beat obito's MS
