Mangekyou sharingan really mean kaleidoscope copy or wheel eye.it is upgraded version of sharingan of uchiha clan.its can be told as "heavenly eyes that see the truth of all of creation without obstruction".it needs sacrificing of own friend by any means to activate it.
Manga dont state everything.u need to see it and understand.kakashis eye and obitos eye are same and shishui n itachis were only bit different.
