everyones different. the only reason sasuke has amaterasu is because itachi gave it to him.
and you get the powers of the other person if you transfer eyes, as w danzo and kakashi
even tho his MS is plot no jutsu.
I think you get Susanoo from just mastering the abilities of both eyes, not necessarily tsu and amaterasu.
and once again kishi hasnt said anything about what the EMS does except for you cant go blind untill you use nagi or nami...which is lame
