Restrictions: final sussano for sasuke.

Personaly I doubt sasuke could take kabuto. Even before sage mode

kabutos on a different level. already we know he can survive amat and dodge susano arrow and counter genjutsu. what else is there to do for sasuke? kirin? kabuto crushes him before that.
