What happens to Sasuke's Rinnegan when he activates his Mangekyo?
EMS right eye + eternal mangekyo rinnegan left eye??

Will his EMS abilities be stronger or weaker? Gain additional EMS abilities?

• what will happen to Sasuke's new set of eyes when he activates his EMS abilities
• if the Rinnegan is making his EMS abilities weaker or stronger

Sasuke is a regular human, the sages mother ate the fruit itself to become what she is.
Sasuke has only used one move so far..and his hype (which has been proven worthy) is huge.

Also lets not forget Obito's foreshadow about not having both eyes...this is base Sharinngan Sasuke.

About Sasuke Rinnegan Tomoe, I think Sasuke tomoe can change to 3, 6 & 9 depending on which ability he use it...

1) 6 Tomoe look like he can swap place with physical object...
2) 3 Tomoe ??????
3) 9 Tomoe ??????

I dont think it would be wise to say sasuke has surpassed someone like kaguya who probaly used infinite tsukuyomi in regular fights and mostly likely for fun since no one had chakra to pose a threat

and if the shinju the origin of chakra doesnt have 2 tomoied rinnegans i dont see how kishi will explain himself with a human having two
