IMO, i think it would be amazing if the hyuga was able to have a evolution in their doujutsu. They were said/thought to have been the Uchiha's predecessors. What would this stage be like? i'm guessing their field vision would increase and that one weak spot they have would be no more. What do you think? OP taijutsu? Maybe they would be able to absorb someones chakra instead of paralyzing them with their gentle fist. also what if they were able to cause the tenketsu(chakra points) to began to explode from their opponents body causing instant fatigue (like the reverse of their eight trigram thingy lol). maybe they would be able to summon a ethereal being like susano'o. Since their name means "place in the sun" or "towards the sun", maybe they would be able to summon a chakra based star that see's everything and attacks with pure chakra beams or something lol. Just guessing, not a hyuga fanboy so i'm not sure what else is possible for them, also i got this idea from someones name. I believe it was ETERNAL MANGEKYO BYAKUGAN. ​

It would be cool but I think Byakugan doesnt need to be tarnished by hax and broken to be on the level of Sharingan, its cool the way it is imo :|

The Hyuga play on the concept of insight, and as such an evolution would play on that.


Firstly the name, Mangekyou doesn't work. The word reflects the concept of the Copy Wheel translation of the Sharingan. Instead, a term such as Teikokku would fit better. It translates to Imperial.

The Hyuga style has ties to Baguazhang which is an ancient Chinese fighting style. Also given China's history, they were an imperial force/world power with a large population: fitting the large presence of the Hyuga with multiple branches.


Moving on, the Teikokku Byakugan's insight would likely increase to the point it doesn't require veins to be active. I generally just go with the Elder Son Dojutsu for appearance.


Abilities

It's abilities would play on the concept of insight as I mentioned before as well as enhance Taijutsu

1. It would allow the user to see and manipulate Natural Energy. At first it sounds a little cheap, but think of it as the idea of the Byakugan being able to perceive things other eyes completely fail to do. With their precise chakra control, it would make sense.

2. Full 360 degree vision.

3. Possibly something like an extended vision from 50-100 meters... Maybe 75m.

4. The user will be able to more readily use their natural affinity. Enhancing their Taijutsu with Senjutsu, and either Katon, Fuuton, Raiton, Doton, or Suiton.


Basically I was aiming for a power level close to or just a tiny bit above SM. That way it stands as a legitimate and useful power up, but isn't something that would put the user in the top tier list as no Hyuga are main characters.

In theory, Air Palm plausibly operates like that. As its fired chakra. But yeah that would be pretty useful.

Susano does have a sister named Amaterasu and she is the goddess of the sun but Amaterasu has already been used in the manga so I doubt that they would use it again.

Yea i thought about that, but amaterasu has different names: 1: Omikami(Amaterasu Omikami) 2: Ōhirume-no-muchi
