I wasn't trying to state nobody can have the MS after madara it is the fact that this is a story if izanami something a MS is not required and for some reason the anime decided that every uchiha depicted needed a MS when in itself is a rarity.

well, animators went overboard giving MS to every Uchiha battling there when it comes to fillers.

Well, during Sasuke vs Itachi, Itachi only mentioned that if Sasuke would have awakened the MS, there are only three people currently in the world who got those eyes.

Madara and Izuna were the first to awaken MS. So there are chances that people after wards awakened MS because there were many battles and losses which meets the conditions to awaken MS.
Also it was said by Itachi that many people tried to achieve the power which Madara got after transplanting Izuna's MS.

Is what i would say but even random fodder uchiha girls get it.
it makes itachi even less impressive. especialy since he knew there where so many mangekyo users, but said there where only 3.

Most rediculous of the episode is that they pretend like izanami is something that was created after the creation of konoha.

But i still don't really understand why someone would become arrogant or whatever of using izanaghi.. they only have 2 eyes..

Heh, stop taking the fillers seriously. The animation team usually inserts a load of bullcrap to make up for good animation and great episodes later. Though, this filler had decent animation.
