Sasuke doesn't have a chakra cloak in Mangapanda scans while he has it in *********** scans.
All I need to ask is " Is Mangapanda a fan of Sasuke too? " XD

I choose the one which I clearly gets the idea of the chapter. I don't rely on one translation throughout. But in this case, it is the drawing part and I go with ***********.
