Drawing -One Piece(just barely) He creates tons of characters and outfits, and it usually looks sharp
Character development- Tie. Kishi I think has better character development(quality) but Oda certainly has a LARGE quantity of characters. Odas characters dont really go through many changes. Kishis does.
Plot-holes One piece by far. All the time people inexplicably survive, and survive 100% fatal attacks. People fight with deep wounds, like its nothing. etc.
Lack of plot-holes Naruto. There are lots of unexplained things(that can make logical sense easily, but are merely minor and unexplained), but there are few real plotholes.
Backgrounds (setting) One piece. It just has so many more backgrounds and places.
Most likeable characters Onepiece probably has more likeable characters, but I personally like Naruto characters more.
Consistent story One piece. SH helps new people it meets defeat villian. Etc.
Equilibrium (Managing so many characters at once with an equal amount of screen time) Onepiece. Naruto generally focus' around naruto and his opposite sasuke.
GGDAW (Good guys don't always win) One piece I suppose.
Most inspirational characters Naruto by far. So many themes that are inspirational. One piece does have that theme of treasureing your friends.
Villains Onepiece. Naruto has antagonists, not really villians.
Heroes Naruto I guess. One piece isnt so much about heroes.
Anti-heroes Naruto. Tons of them. Usually are antagonists. Onepiece has its fair share though
I havent read much bleach. So forgive my bias.
Just my opinion based on current things. One piece(as it still has lots to go), may well surpass naruto on some topics, while naruto with its ending, may surpass onepiece on some things.
I still think people overate OP though.(believe me Im a big fan as well). Oda is makeing a masterpiece.
