Naruto needs Kurama? What's your point, whats wrong with that? Everybody needs something to be strong. Sasuke needs his Sharingan, which actually comes from Itachis' eyes, Hashirama needs his woodstyle, Madara, his Sharingan etc. There aren't many shinobi nowadays who are strong without any special potential from birth or assistance from others. The 2 strongest Uchiha, Sasuke and Madara needed the assistance of their brothers to get where they are.
Stop twisting words. Naruto alone can control Kurama, he's his jinchuuriki dammit, he's sealed inside of him. He couldn't BEAT him by himself, and there's no shame in not being able to beat Kurama alone.
Nope. There are more than 1 methods of preparing chakra. Kurama kneeding chakra himself was just faster than Naruto doing it since he was busy fighting. You expected him to just sit down and start focusing on chakra? Nope. And what sense would it make for him to initially have the ability to prepare chakra, then lose it upon gaining a portion of the 10 tails power and blessings from Hagoromo?

By the end of the manga, Sasuke will be relying on Itachis' eyes.
Conlusion: Sasuke would be blind without Itachi.
