Kishimoto's interviews or the Manga?


I'm gonna go with the manga. :yeah:

Problem with interviews is the way people interpret it and then Kishimoto has to stay limited to the knowledge given in the manga.


Just thought i should ask this, since "Kishimoto said _________" is always used in arguments.

If Kishi says it matter-of-factly, then it's a fact, regardless if it's in the manga or in interview. The two have equal weight because they come from the same person.

In a manga littered with liars is it that hard to believe the author might lie in an interview or two? I go with manga as well. Unless Kishi talks on a past event than I take that, but future talk in interviews can be intentionally misleading.

Interviews are good sources of info. but we should also have reservations towards them, remember that a Mangaka doesn't have full artistic control over his /her series, there are editors,publishers,etc. the Mangaka may say something in an interview but sometimes it doesn't turn out in the Manga itself because of the creative input and last minute changes made by editors.

So you believe Kishi's word when it comes to something that Kishimoto isn't fully incharge off? .

not really, 1 comes from Kishi and his whole staff (including the helping artists and editors).... other comes from solely kishi.

But what we have seen is kisame already died N minato got a power boost.

Maybe interview is correct but he just contradicts a lot.. Or maybe some interviews are fake!!

So manga is better proof to believe on the plot..


*I don't say I don't believe interview at all.. There are some truth about interview like the "........" Are coming back to live.
Other one is the 4th blood line limits will be reviled.
And last "........" Character are going to die.

Kishi did want Kisame alive but his editors suggested that Akatsuki be wiped clean so that only Tobi/Obito remains (for dramatic purposes)

In the manga if a character said something it doesnt mean its true . They can be wrong or liying.

But kishimotos words is true.

Hahahaha....this post was made for me saying Kishi said that Madara has no weaknessess and all other Shinobi do, right King? >_O Well....lets look at it this way. What Kishi puts in the manga is the equivalent of his actual words in a sense. But...once certain things are in the manga he most likely won't change it imo. Nao...you have to respect the word of Kishi moreso Imo because we can go through the entire manga with Hashirama for example as the best, strongest, etc. That's manga fact if it were true, correct? So if Kishi comes along after the manga and says no it's not true...then it is not true.

Although...when looked at it from something Kishi previously says vs something happening in the future of the manga it is also subject to change as essentially manga and Kishi are the same. The thing is the manga will not outlast Kishi....Kishi will outlast it. Meaning it'll be over soon so when it's over... at the end of the day...Kishis word is what holds validity. This is only my opinion, but the manga itself can't hold more power than the one who created it, correct? No disrespect King but Kishi>>>>>>>>>>>>>manga imho. _@:
