Manga vs Anime

So I was having a debate with my friend about Kimimaro, and now I believe that Kimimaro's durability and pain tolerance is severely underrated generally... But not due to ignorance, but due to the anime company trying to keep the series rated PG...
Take a look at Kimimaro's bones coming from him in this colored manga panel

His skin is literally ripping open in order for the bones to come out, and then regenerate when the bones either come completely out, or go back to where they belong... Talk about painful right!
Now look at the anime version of his bones coming out...

Wtf is this? It looks like his skin is just changing form, there is no blood, and the skin just opens just enough for the bones to go through...

Yeah it's just because they can't show gore like that in an anime like Naruto. Look at more scans of kimi, it's pretty graphic.

It's the same with Dragon Ball Z. More graphic scenes are toned down for the viewers.

Anime censors everything that happened in the manga. Manga is way better.

Exactly I actually have 3 Naruto manga books 2 Naruto vs sasukes and the kimimaro fight. His skin just rips right open.

Inconsistent with their censoring. The entire Hidan/Kakuzu arc including Hidan being buried alive with all his limbs torn apart. The whole Obito flashback scene. If they can show
