Manga. But that's only because I'm manga biased. I never did, or ever intended to, watch the FT anime, or any other animes as a whole.

Anime, cos the tits & ass are more emphasized on.
However the manga has more hentai panels and it's not as much censored as the anime does it.
So it's up to you.

Anime, if it wasn't for it going on break I wouldn't have started reading manga. When the anime returns I will likely stop reading.
The fan service just has so little impact in manga. I hope the Sting reuniting with Lector will be as good as Lisanna coming back (although that will be very hard).
I have only teared up twice in anime, there and Maes Hughes' daughter in FMA.

I like the anime more than I like the manga. I even like FT anime more than I like Naruto (anime). It's awesome, it's just a shame they chose to censor the blood....
