The chakra stored in Yin seal is released throughout the body but if your chakra points are closed and your chakra network severed what are you going to do??

How can you use CES if you cant focus or release chakra from your body?

How can you summon katsuya if you cant release chakra for the kuchiyose no jutsu?

It's a shame everyone thinks im trolling though..Counters are counters...Hinata's skillset completely counters Sakura's. Like in the other example I gave, Chidori would pierce through that sand that tanked Madara's susano'o sword but we can't use that to say Chidori > that sword. It's simply because Chidori is a counter to the sand.

Sakura's method of inflicting damage is through CES which works by releasing chakra from the fists on impact. And as we see from her fight against Neji, she can avoid getting tagged head on.
