gunslinger girl is pretty good. Its an old manga and it has its own anime. Its about little girls that became cyborg hitmen for an Italian government. Its about little girls, so don't expect fanservice.
Claymore is also good, but there isn't any fanservice. Unless death is your fanservice lol.

There's this harem manga called Aiki. I never got past the first chapter, but there's women that kick ass. I assume its your cup of tea.
