Power was referring to their over all stats in this case, speed included. Revived Madara speed is showed to be faster than Edo Madara speed. Why is that? Because Edo's are weaker over all than when they are alive. FTG is instant but after they teleport to their enemy, they need to use their base speed.

Minato's base speed is fast enough to go from where Obito and Rin is to where Kakashi is when Kakashi went full speed to the enemy long before Minato started and Kakashi was jounin level. He also has great reaction as shown when dodging A's lightning fast attacks.

I never thought of the possibility that Madara used Limbo to counter Tobirama's FTG v2. I agree that Madara's abilities being nerfed (the loss of nearly all his TSBs + His Limbo Clone) made him more susceptible to Sasuke's attack.

Indeed, the buff in chakra means nothing if your OP techs are nerfed. I see this all the time in Street Fighter 4 series.

As seen here Tobirama had used Hiraishin-Giri and then tricked Madara by using Hiraishin Level-2. Tobirama was in a perfect position to kill Madara whilst Madara was at a heavily disadvantageous position with Legs and Arm already at a full stretch.

Madara then used Limbo to freeze[the shadow Madara caught hold of Tobirama] Tobirama and pierced him with black rods

It could be easily seen that the collapsed Tobirama has the same form he had when he used the Hiraishin Level-2, even the position of his hand that held the Kunai has remained unchanged confirming usage of Limbo!

Let's move towards Sasuke:

Madara sensed Sasuke approaching [he could clearly sense him unlike Tobirama who got sensed at the last instant because of Hiraishin usage]

Madara used Limbo without even looking at Sasuke

First you're assuming that Masahi had Madara utilize the technique twice without the author giving an indication on the name of the Jutsu; which contrarily, he has done every time Madara directly used the technique to topple the Biju and every time he utilized the technique to create clones as Jinchuriki...if this is the case then you're asking me to believe that Masashi did not remember or left out the name of the Jutsu on your proposed two occurrences against Tobirama and Sasuke without reason. Secondly, Madara only gained flight abilities after hosting the Jubi. Judging Sasuke's height above both ground level and Madara; it then highlights that Madara's clone would never be able to hold him in that position unless it was much larger than the original Madara, an impossibility, or that it had flight abilities which is also impossible since Madara had no such abilities at the time. Thirdly, Sasuke was paralyzed in the air and unable to move any part of his body: there is no possible holding position that Madara's clone could hold Sasuke at to paralyze him entirely.

All indicating that your assertion: "Madara used Limbo on Tobirama and Sasuke" has a plausibility little to none.

It is one thing to support the notion that Tobirama's positioning didn't change, when it so clearly did. But it is much worse to try to pass this entire idea off as a manga fact.
