after seeing some good arguments that were supported by scans, i'm officially on the fence about it now. Whether Naruto still has it or not, i would like it very much if the gaiden confirms it.

Naruto was in RSM against Sasuke in VOTE but I don't remember him using any other beast except Kurama U_U

OK, if you're very surefire that Naruto really lost his RSM, thats mean Sasuke can beat him. And he is nowhere near his Kaguya and VOTE2 arc level in power. I dont have a problem to admitted that.

RSM(Kicked gudodama and revived guy)
RSM + KCM(Gaiden Chapter 4)
RSM + All bijuu chakras(Symbols,Gudodama,etc)

He didn't go full power, trust me.

The second cloak isn't RSM; it's a result of the amalgamation of all Bijuu chakra and RSM that produces the TSBs as well. And there is no such thing as any Avatar above BM. No such thing.

Nothing wrong in fact not having RSM works in Naruto's favor. It means he's that powerful on his own and not because of the free gift from Hagoromo U_U.

Good point never thought about how it like that. Just thought RSM was cool AF didn't want him not to have it but if he is just as strong with out it Kudos to Naruto, but answer me this how did he pull moon boys spell from hinata

Naruto has a base RSM (without chakra cloak) as the databook confirms below, Naruto can use RSM without cloak,gudodama,etc.

InB4 people ask about the lack of Gudodama,Magatama,etc.

In Naruto Gaiden Chapter 4, Naruto simply utilized Kurama's chakra and not all the bijuu(1-8). Gudodama requires all elements which Naruto/Kurama alone don't have. The nine magatama represents the nine bijuu and the rinnegan symbol represents unity.

His mode in chapter four wasn't a full powered RSM, as that requires all nine bijuu chakras.

InB4 people say Naruto lost the bijuu chakra.

Naruto is the meeting ground for the bijuu, as stated by hagoromo. Their power is permanent, If he should ever need their chakra he could simply call a psyche meeting.

In order for Naruto to go into SO6P mode Naruto has to used all the Tailed Beast chakra together, now their hasten’t been a reason for Naruto to call that power. He just now used Kurama’s power for the first time in years. If theirs no need to use a sledge hammer why use it when a claw hammer will do.

First the second cloak displays like in base RSM the same eyes without the pigmentation that SM and BSM usually displays.

The cloaked form is an amplified version yes, but it's still Six Paths Sage Mode, in the Manga Madara even referred to that Naruto as being in the Senjutsu of Six Paths (Six Paths Sage Mode), this amalgamation your talking about is only possible with RSM in the first place, as per the Databook, and no pigmentation explicitly means it's RSM, there's no room for argument here, both the normal TSB kicking Naruto and the cloaked one are RSM, period.

Second your thread is a logical fallacy you show pictures and expect him to take his strongest form when facing opponents beneath his skill level and try to use this as evidence he has lost RSM, ever hear of " Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence". This same argument can be made for every character in the entire Naruto series such as "Sasuke has shown now rinnegan feats in the latest chapters hence he has lost the ability". Try this on any character in the series and you would get the same conclusion you brought yourself towards in the thread, hence the beginning argument is wrong and hence no, Naruto not showing RSM does not mean that he has lost that ability.
