Actually that isn't true. What we call "Perfect Susanoo" is in actual fact the Kanzentai Susanoo(Full body Susanoo). As the description implies it, the complete body [and] the stabilized form of the Shugenja-armor characterize these final level of Susanoo.
Means: The thing what Sasuke used against Obito wasn't the Perfect Susanoo.

Should be obvious. You'd think Madara losing control of his mokuton would indicate that Hirudora got through his susano'o defenses. I think its only Sasuke fantards that are in denial. Nothing new at all though.

What makes you think it was stronger against Kisame? It's pretty difficult to tell just by looking at the explosions alone.
