Manga often takes break after 4 chapters.

It's Golden Week in Japan this weekend. There will be no shonen jump this week, which includes Naruto, Bleach, One Piece and most of mangas here.

But my point is... Do u guys often notice that after Kishi has been writing 4-5 chapters upcoming every week, and then taking break for a week ( Except Golden Week ).

Nope, you forgot that when the New Year started, every Shonen Jump was off which means 1 months break. This year had a lot of breaks, and the only thing we know for sure is that the manga this 2 months ( Exactly 8 weeks ) without break since Kishi already knew this would be the end. Now it is Golden Week, so we have to be patient and wait.

When you say "a lot of breaks" you mean the one time Kishimoto's dad died? That's the only break he took outside of magazine holidays. Shonen released two issues in January.
