If there is a notification, there still isn't any manga. So even without notifications, people should realise to stop asking questions, as the absense of the manga is the answer itself.

You do not need to know why there isn't any manga, 'cause there's nothing people can do about it. But if you want more clarification, do some reasearch.

That's mentioning it in the anime's report, not giving it a report of it's own, also the anime comes a day after the manga's regular release date, and that date is usually when most the confusion happens.

I have another suggestion which I believe to be better for I myself find notifications to be really annoying from my experience with Arabic forums which tend to over use them.
Since on the homepage Versuvio reports each new manga chapter and anime episode, why not report the delay of a chapter instead of skipping the report as it's done currently.
