On manga episode 502 we can see obito summoning kyuubi in the middle of the village :

In todays episode we can see him summoning kyuubi in rin's grave :

Is this a manga mistake?

It seemed like a transition to me, as if it was a voice over (also known as a sound bridge in media terms) before the scene changes. We didn't see Obito summon the Kyuubi at the grave, but we did see him summon it in the streets, so we can't assume it's a mistake because it's not definite that Obito summoned the Kyuubi at Rin's grave.

Seriously? Go back and reread the chapter. Everything was sped up to get back to the present. All this shows is that Obito visited Rin's grave before he went to take the 9 tails. We don't see where he summons the 9 tails in this chapter, but we are only offered a pannel with his words for the summoning.

Kishi skipped over a lot this chapter to move the story along because it would take too much time to get through him killing the anbu, taking the 9 tails, his thoughts while doing it, summoning the 9 tails in the village, and his battle with Minato. If he would have done this people would have whined about two months of flashbacks...
