If you like monster then you'll love pluto and 20th century boys as these are written by the same mangaka..I consider 20th century boys to be the best of his 3 manga.

If you like gantz then I'd recommend you read berserk. Berserk is just as violent and horrific but with a better storyline and characters. I consider berserk to be the greatest manga i've ever read.

I also recommend Ajin which is a newer manga with 23 chapters out already (I think its 23 lol)...It has a very unique storyline and is action packed with mystery just like monster and it has that creepy vibe of gantz. With this being the shortest you should probably read this first.
