Old Anime was still running when Sheppudent replace Naruto before and it will still run after it ends and go into syndication world wide even if no more Naruto Manga ever appear again. Kishi will get royalties.

Sasuke will not die in the manga, and 99% certainlly not in "The Last". The manga is aimed to end this year, with "The Last" movie.
