[Question] Manga i read in the past

I read this manga in the past about 8months to a year ago. I do not remember the name. but this guy is a excellent archer and has this bow I believe made from a dragon and also speaks. this girl he is with has a sword that is made from the same material and can speak to the user.

if anyone knows what it is please tell me. I need to start writing these things down before I forget.
