i just went on manga here and i saw the advertised manga on top. it wasnt advertising the actual manga but some new feature or something (not sure) . if someone could tell me the name of the manga it would be really appreciated.

I don't know for sure, but I just googled the name in one of the bubbles and the name belongs to a character from Toaru Majutsu no Index
