This is all but hyperboles used by Kishi to hype up a character/Jutsu when it is first introduced, yet people use it to their own purposes.

It can be debated :/ We have the Shield that has the Ultimate protection from any attack and the Sword that crushes any defence and protection.
I'll go with the Helm Splitter since Kishi made it after he stated that Yata has the ultimate defence, negating that fact With the weapon that crushes all defence.
