Only Wind Release: Rasengan is wind style jutsu, not normal Rasengan that Naruto always uses in clashes.

The whole point of the rasenshuriken training WAS TO ADD WIND NATURE TO THE RASENGAN!

to the on topic because the rasengan isn't a fast jab with tunnel vision.

also not all uchiha's are super proficient in genjutsu. they might be able to use more easily (i mean by just eye contact) but that doesn't make it deadly. the whole notion of avoiding contact started because of itachi. you dont see madara use genjutsu on hashirama even tho he had ems because hashirama will simply break out of it. people with monstrous chakra and good chakra control never had to worry about genjutsu. barring itachi's tsukiyomi, kotoamatsukami and the 3rd mizukage(i might be wrong). there isn't a lot of very strong genjutsu in the manga
