The throw and Sasuke's movement start on the same scan. You're now telling me that when Naruto raises his hand, he is actually taking more time compared to Sasuke as the prep began before Sasuke's movement.

The CT had multiple slashes and Sasukes susanoo is already 10-30 feet above where the CTS orginially was. This already shows Nartuos TBB FRS isn't as fast Sasukes susanoo. You already said going down he has the gravity advantage so either you are slow or in hardcore denial.

Here it is how a TBFRS collides with the subject. When its hit you get inside the blast radius but the Radius expanded and after hitting its limit it stays for an amount of time.

Any variation of Rasenshuriken keeps the blast radius after reaching it's limit for a very considerable amount time

Made up speculations aren't going to get you far.

I'm actually going to side with Dantee in this instance. I don't think the TBRS was already in a state of extended explosions when Sasuke cut up that Chibaku Tensei. Look at the number of slashes in the chibaku tensei Sasuke cut compared to the damage caused by the TBRS. Sasuke was already advancing to the the next one when Naruto's blast went off. I don't think it was going off at the time the slashes were made as the chibaku tensei is not completely obliterated yet.

Sasuke has always been about speed.

I think Sasuke's Susanoo is faster than Naruto's TBRS but it is really hard to gage their speeds until we see this particular portion animiated.
