Naruto who was in the academy learnt the Kage Bushin after stealing the scroll from Konoha vault. A jutsu which was known to deplete a Ninja chakra into halves.

Now, as Hokage I'm sure Naruto would get his hands on many scrolls with numerous jutsu and Kinjutsu. Even Ebisu stated an Hokage usually gets to know over a 1000 skills/Jutsu.

Furthermore, Learning this secret Jutsu won't be a problem for Naruto. Since if he uses Kage Bushin, he can master techniques that would otherwise requires years of training.

So in conclusion, Naruto may be the most skillful Ninja in Narutoverse since he now have access to this scrolls.

Shadow Clone Training can cause severe headaches.

Naruto doesn't need to learn a thousand skills which he probably won't use. It's better to be efficient at some than be weak generally.

(I know I'm giving him more skills in my Fanfic but my logic is that he is trained to learn and master more at a young age. Even then there'll be a difference in efficiency in various techniques, in fact some might be conveniently ignored) This bracketed part is me rambling ignore it if you want to.

Oh and about the scroll. My counter argument, PAPERWORK. He won't have time to start grasping new concepts which are too alien so he will get stronger by improving and building upon what he knows. Although he'll probably learn Fuinjutsu because 1) It's his Uzumaki heritage and 2) It's just freakin' awesome.

Anyway, his morals are against stealing the hard work of others. I know he's idiotic, but that's just how he is.

Hiruzen actually. That old man MASTERED every Jutsu in Konoha.

Both Orochimaru and Kakashi KNOW a lot of Justsu but have only mastered a few dozen (around a hundred, give or take).

Orochimaru was skillful because he knew so many jutsu. I'm pretty sure Naruto has surpasses Orochimaru since, he now has access to numerous scrolls.

:wesobi: This is all no more than conjecture, just like when ppl say that Naruto can use fuuton other than FRS or mokuton, or FTG. Ppl need go realize that whatever potential a character has that it is Kishimoto that decides the moveset and u know as well as I do what staples Kishimoto is having Naruto stick to.
