[Manga fact] Naruto is still on his way to surprass Minato overall as shinobi

Hello guys, I would like to show that Naruto didn't suprass Minato, his dad overall as shinobi yet. He may surprass him in one or few categories but after all he is still not better as well rounded shinobi. Here I go:

Rasengan : 

You must be registered for see images

^^ Naruto surprassed Minato, his Dad by taking Rasengan to another level by adding nature element to his Rasengan resulting in Fuuton Rasengan.

However his base Rasengan was still nowhere close to Minato's rasengan.

^^ Finally Naruto was able to create one-handed Rasengan, but it was in Sage mode so it is debatable if he can use it also in Base state.

Chakra control and delivery/distribution :

^^ Naruto surprassed both his mother and father in chakra deliver and manipulation of chakra as confirmed by Kurama.

Sage mode and use of Senjutsu :

^^ As Fukusaku stated Naruto suprassed both his father and Jirayia in Sage arts as well.

In Minato's case it can either due to Minato lacking expierience with using it or not being able to harness as much power as Naruto.

Sealing Arts/Techniques :

^^Minato is seal master and he was taught sealing techniques directly by Kushina, his wife who was Uzumaki.

Naruto has still long way in that category as the best performance of his was:

^^ Actually Kishi has proved and has shown that Naruto can be also great seal master. I think only lack of knowledge about sealing techniques is what hinder and hold Naruto's potential in seals back.

Handseals :

^^In this category Minato crushes Naruto as bug sadly because Naruto has no development made by Kishi in this category.

^^ Minato's genius and talent in using handseals knows no bounds as Minato is able to use one-handed handseals which is very impressive and rare in Shinobi World. Until now Naruto has shown no talent in making one-handed handseals.

^^ The biggest Naruto's performance in this category is creating rasengans with one handseals while using BSM.

Space Time Ninjutsu :

^^In this category Minato crushes Naruto as bug as well. Naruto has shown no talent so far in Space time ninjutsu.

^^ Minato's genius and talent in using Space Time Ninjutsu has almost no equal. Naruto is nowhere close in that category.

Naruto without special modes/enhancements :

^^Naruto's overall stats in base state improved greatly after his Senjutsu training.

^^ Naruto's speed also is no far from his Dad in base state without using FTG. Naruto was able to match or even surprass Kakashi's speed and we know that Minato's base foot speed is only a bit supperior to Kakashi.

It is only matter of time when Naruto surprass him father and mother:

Summary :

Naruto didn't suprass neither Minato or Kushiha overall.
Naruto surprassed Minato in: chakra control and distribution/delivery, is on par or suprassed at Rasengan, shadow clones of course and Kushina: only in chakra control and distribution/delivery
Naruto didn't surprass Minato in: sealing techniques, use of handseals and in use of Space Time Ninjutsu and Kushina in: use of chakra chains(a little is known about her)
Minato's base mode is not supperior to Naruto's base mode overall. It is only use of handseals, haxxed Space time Ninjutsu and sealing techniques which put Minato higher then Naruto. Their physcial traits are either on par or very close.
Naruto most likely will suprass Minato in use of sealing techniques but it will be very hard or maybe even impossible for Naruto to reach Minato's handseals or use of Space time Ninjutsu mastery.
Chakra chains of Uzumaki clan may beyond Naruto's range depending if only full Uzumaki can use them or half of Uzumaki can as well.

Alive naruto is stronger than alive minato. And he doesn't have to have all of their techs to surpass them. He still has to be unique.

Well it is most likely true... but Base Minato has advantage over Base Naruto, Same with SM Minato being over SM Naruto still.

However BSM Naruto win due to massive raw power advantage.

Well this is not good kind of logic.

Well, you are fan of Dragon ball as I can see after your avatar. The best example to show you how wrong your logic would be will be using Trunks vs Cell battle. Remember when Trunks went ssj ascended grade 2, this was when Trunks got big muscles and was bulky. Cell even admited that Trunks was then stronger then him... but at the same time Goku went under the same transfomration while being in hyperbolic time chamber with gohan. Gohan was excited and said that Goku can easily beat Cell in that form yet Goku disagreed and corrected that having strength alone can bring nothing good as he can not hit enemy.

Here is same logic. Even if Naruto has more raw power then it would do nothing as long as Minato will evade it with his FTG.

I don't see why.. so far every thread you made is useless.

Everyone Stated that naruto surpased Minato and Kushina. You don't have to be 100% better in every single damn skill to be better.

By your logic, naruto should've bigger boobs then kushina to surpass her.

EDIT: Besides, you got it wrong. Naruto does not need to surprass Minato in all skills in all techniques. NO, he simply need to surprass him in all categories. It means Naruto doesn't even need to know Space time barrier the fact that his Space time Ninjutsu > Minato's Space Time Ninjutsu would enough alone.

Same with Naruto surprassing Hashirama. He does not need Wood release, besides he has no hope getting it as it is KKG, but he still can surprass him by being better in Ninjutsu in Hashirama simple as that or by having more powerfull techniques then Hashirama's.

I really dont see how Minato could beat Naruto, the difference between them is just too big. Its not only about might, Naruto is also very skilled with his powers.

Lets say that they would be fighting on completely neutral terms, so Minato wouldnt have FTG kunais scattered over the world, how would he be able to survive TBB?

I did not really read, but I agree with the title. Minato represent the strongest Hokage, and that's why Kishi compare Naruto to him.
Kishi makes Naruto surpass his father step by step. Examples of that would be.

1- In Kakuzu & Hidan Arc, he made Naruto learn FRS, and thus surpassing him in the Rasengan.
2- In Pain Arc, he made Naruto learn SM and thus surpassing Minato and Jiraiya in SM.
3- At the beginning of the War Arc he gave Naruto insane speed to compare him to Minato.
4- He gave him the Chakra Transfer Jutsu, which as noticed by Kurama Naruto can give a lot more chakra to the others
than Minato & Kushina, and thus Naruto surpassed them with that jutsu as well.

Every time Naruto learn a jutsu, kishi makes some character compare him to his father.

I'm not sure concerning the chakra delivery though. Alive Minato never had Kyubi's chakra until the moment of his death, so it was easy for Kyubi to say Naruto was better to deliver large quantity of chakra when Minato wasn't even put to test alive. The reason why i'm doubting about it is because just after his revival, Minato accomplished the same feat by sharing part of the Kyubi's chakra he had with entire shinobi alliance just like his son did before. It was so strong Choji even stated the cloaks were much stronger than when Naruto did them on his own. Besides this, nice thread
