but in Obito's case he was just pulling Juubi's chakra in real time. He only was able to steal Rikudou chakra from madara because he can had it once so he could stick hand to it and pull it. It doesn;t mean he has any Rikudou chakra, it doesn mean his bodu could react to that chakra and opposite.

Your body retains a bit of the juubi's powers even after its extracted. That's why juubi jins don't die even after extraction. Because the juubi being in them has permanently enhanced their bodies. Obito was able to steal rikudou powers from Madara because he has rikudou powers. An ordinary shinobi wouldnt have been able to do that.

Nope, you get it wrong.

First, Obito as any other Juubi jin would only surivive extraction thanks to Juubi's empty husk aka Gedo Mazou having incredible powerfull life force, nothing about chakra was mentioned.

Second, Obito didn't have Rikudou chakra at that point, however his body keep feeling of juubi chakra present. You can imagine it as connection with Juubi's/Rikudou chakra so Obito could steal it while being in contact with it.
