^^ Madara seems to effortesly sprout Holy tree branches all around the World with no fatigue shown.
Kishi only shown Konoha due to Minato being there as relevant place, but if he isn't gonna to skip rest of places then in next chapter in first pages we should see mist village, Sand village, rock village, cloud village and other villages or places with people hanging on the holy tree's branches.

well he may be but not for now. Neither Sasuke or Naruto surprass even Old dying Post jin Hagoromo until they get more feats but Current Madara surprassed Old post jin Hagoromo and could go on par with prime Jin hagoromo(Obito stated that Hagoromo with his nunoboko sword reshaped the word, just as Madara utilized wood release to envelopes all people.)
